About the Founder

Anuj Bali, Founder of Anbac Advisors, is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, recognized for his strategic approach in designing robust operational and financial structures. Before establishing Anbac Advisors, he gained extensive experience with Big 4 firms and leading global organizations, advising on high-value M&A transactions, restructuring, investor due diligence, as well as complex tax and transfer pricing matters.

He has led and supported intricate deal advisory, cross-border structuring, and fundraising mandates, working closely with investors, startups, and multinational corporations. His expertise in aligning tax-efficient structures with business strategy makes him a trusted advisor for global expansion and sustainable growth.
